ShuyanMC Development Team License Agreement

Important Notice

This agreement aims to protect both the work and your safety while preventing you from encountering unnecessary trouble. By using or playing any related works developed by the ShuyanMC development team (hereinafter referred to as "SYMC"), you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to comply with all terms of this agreement.

1. You may reasonably use and play this work.
2. If you use or play this work and ignore relevant warnings, resulting in any property loss or personal safety issues, all relevant personnel will not bear any responsibility.
3. Without the official permission of ShuyanMC, you have no right to use SYMC-related works for any commercial activities.
4. When SYMC cooperates with a third party, the agreement of the third-party team and this agreement shall take effect simultaneously and have the same priority. Works with multiple agreements will clearly indicate the agreement content.
5. SYMC reserves the right to modify this agreement and related legal rights. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to SYMC.

Legal Protection

This ARR (All Rights Reserved) license ensures maximum protection for SYMC's intellectual property. Any unauthorized distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

本协议旨在保障作品以及您的安全，同时防止您遭遇不必要的麻烦。若您开始使用或游玩ShuyanMC开发团队（以下简称"SYMC"）的相关作品，即表示您已充分理解并同意遵守本协议中的所有条款。

1. 您可以合理使用、游玩本作品。
2. 若您使用或游玩本作品，无视相关警告，导致任何财产损失与个人生命问题，所有相关人员将不承担任何责任。
3. 未经ShuyanMC官方许可，您无权将SYMC相关作品用于任何商业活动。
4. 当SYMC与第三方进行合作时，第三方团队的协议与本协议同时生效，并拥有同等优先级，具有多协议的作品会明确标示出协议内容。
5. SYMC保留对本协议进行修改及相关法律权利的权利，本协议的最终解释权归SYMC所有。

法律保护

本ARR（保留所有权利）许可确保对SYMC知识产权的最大保护。任何未经授权的分发、修改或商业使用都是严格禁止的，并可能导致法律诉讼。
